Fridays · Free
The Friday satsang
Non-dual Kashmir Śaivism and the Tamil Siddhar teachings — taught and practised, one evening a week. Given freely, and it will stay that way.

How the joining link reaches you
Registration is required, and the joining link is not published on this page or anywhere else on this site.
Register once. The form asks for a few things — your name, your email, where in the world you are sitting, and how much practice you have behind you. It takes under a minute.
The link is then emailed to you. It is yours, it is not shareable, and it stays valid for every week that follows. You will also get a reminder before each session.
Why it works this way. A link posted in public is a room with no idea who is in it. I would rather know who I am teaching — where you are, what you have practised, and what brought you — so that the teaching is pitched to the people actually present rather than to nobody in particular.
If someone you know would like to come, send them to this page rather than forwarding your link. Yours is tied to you, and a forwarded one will not let them in.
The year ahead
Fifty Fridays, each one complete in itself. Nothing is a part two. Arrive at any week and you have missed no prerequisite — the practice deepens by repetition, not by sequence, and the door is the same width in month one and month ten.
Dates are listed in India Standard Time. Your own local date and time for the next session are shown at the top of this page.
November – December 2026
The body you did not know you had
Breath, fire, the moon, and the thirty-seven trillion cells that wait for you each morning.
25 December — no session.
January – February 2027
The Goddess is not a statue
Śakti as the pulse of the thing rather than a figure on an altar.
1 January — no session.
March – April 2027
Where the texts meet the lab
What has actually been demonstrated, what is merely plausible, and what is not established at all — said plainly, about my own tradition.
May – June 2027
The dangerous chapters
The practices that carry real risk, taught here as understanding. None of them is led in this room.
July – August 2027
Cosmic architecture
From a point to a black hole, and the thirty-six steps between Śiva and a chair.
September – October 2027
Immortal living
The long life, the hill that is fire, and the year beginning again.
A topic may move if the room needs it to. The date will not.
The shape of the evening
The same arc each week, so that the practice deepens by repetition rather than by novelty. The teaching changes; the form does not.
- 10 minSiddha Mauna Silence to begin. Arriving properly matters more than starting on time.
- 60 minThe teaching A text, taken slowly — Kashmir Śaivism and the Tamil Siddhar corpus, read rather than summarised. An hour is enough to stay with a single passage instead of covering ground.
- 20 minGuided practice Vāsi or awareness practice, led live. The part that makes the teaching yours rather than interesting.
- 5 minSankalpa and close One intention to carry into the week, and the closing.
What belongs here, and what does not
A teaching and a practice
The hour with the text is the heart of it, and the practice after is what makes it yours rather than interesting. There is no discussion portion and no open floor — the form is deliberately quiet, so that a single passage can be stayed with rather than debated.
Questions are answered privately
Questions on the text and on practice are welcome, but not live in the room — write, and they are taken up in a later session where they serve everyone. A chart, a timing, or a decision in front of you is a different matter again, and belongs in private counsel.
This session is free and will remain free. Not as an introductory offer, and not as a route to something else. Teaching is given; only personal attention is charged for. Nobody needs to buy anything to sit here, and nobody will be asked to.
Why Friday
Friday is Shukravaram, the day of Venus, and in Tamil Nadu velli kizhamai has long been the Devi day — the week's own slot for Śakti.
For a teaching that is half non-dual Kashmir Śaivism and half Tamil Siddhar, and in which the Goddess is not a figure on an altar but the pulse of the thing itself, that is the right evening. It is not a calendar convenience.
Sessions are recorded
What that means for you, specifically
The teaching and the guided practice are recorded, so that the work accumulates into something that outlives any one evening. Recordings are published.
What is recorded is the teaching, not the room. There is no live question portion, so nothing you say is captured — you are not asked to speak at any point.
If you would rather not appear at all, keep your camera off and join under whatever name you like. That needs no explaining to anyone, and nobody will ask.
Come and sit.
Register once. The link is emailed to you, and everything else follows from turning up.
